How do I use a Promo Code?

Promo Codes can be entered in the Cart; the Desktop view has the promo code above the 'Total items' counter, and the Mobile view has the promo code in the 'Price details' dropdown.

You can find your account number in the My Account section of the webstore. If you are not logged in, you can reach out to your local Order Desk team.

How do I change my shipping address?

Reach out to your local Order Desk team to update the shipping addresses and information on your account.

How do I log in to the New Store?

You can visit the Login page by clicking the Login button in the top right corner of the webstore page. Please watch our Login Tutorial.

How do I change my password?

Can I get a copy of past invoices?

Can I get a new statement on my available credit terms?

Reach out to our Credit team for statement information credit@souffletmalt.com

Can I get a new product contract statement?

Reach out to your Order Desk team for product contract statement information, or view the Sales Agreement tab under My Account.

Can I get the tracking information for my order?

You view the tracking information for your order via our Track and Trace portal. You can also use the Track My Order button on the Order History page of My Account.

Can I see a summary of what I have ordered in the past?

You can view Order History in the My Account. If you do not see the order number you are looking for, please contact your local Order Desk team.

Can I add more items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, you cannot modify orders once they have been published. If needed, place a new order and we’ll combine them if able. Additional fees may apply.

Can you apply my credit to my account?

Credits for customers with Terms will be applied to your open terms balance. Credits on orders for ACH or Credit Card customers will be refunded via Check.

Can you give me a credit for damaged or missing product?

For applicable product that can be returned and for credit issuance, our Credit and Returns Team can help you. Please contact cmgclaims@souffletmalt.com

I received an invoice for storage fees and I don't know why.

I can't see my contract hops; what do I have left on my hops contract?

Please confirm that your Sales Agreement is open via your local Order Desk team. If your contracted pricing is still missing from the webstore, please contact webstore@souffletmalt.com
